Requirements for the erection of a cantilever scaffold with a supporting rod
The erection of a cantilever scaffold with a supporting rod needs to control the load used and be firm. When erecting, the inner frame should be erected first, so that the horizontal bar extends out of the wall, and then the diagonal bar is propped up and firmly connected to the extended horizontal bar. Then the cantilever part is erected, the scaffolding board is laid, and railings and footboards should be set up on the periphery, and a safety net should be supported below to ensure safety.
Setting of wall ties
According to the axis size of the building, one is set every 3 spans (6m) in the horizontal direction. One should be set every 3 to 4 meters in the vertical direction, and each point should be staggered to form a plum blossom arrangement. The erection method of the wall ties is the same as that of the ground-type scaffold.
Vertical control
During erection, the verticality of the segmented scaffolding must be strictly controlled, and the verticality tolerance is as follows:
Laying of scaffolding boards
The bottom layer of the scaffolding boards should be fully covered with thick wooden scaffolding boards, and the upper layers can be fully covered with perforated light scaffolding boards punched from thin steel plates.
Safety protection facilities
Guardrails and footboards should be set up on each layer of the scaffolding.
The outside and bottom of the scaffolding are closed with dense safety nets, and the necessary passages between the rack and the building should be maintained.
Connection between the upright pole of the cantilever scaffolding and the cantilever beam (or longitudinal beam).
A 150~200mm long steel pipe should be welded on the cantilever beam (or longitudinal beam), and its outer diameter should be 1.0~1.5mm smaller than the inner diameter of the scaffolding upright pole, connected with fasteners, and 1~2 sweeping rods should be set at the bottom of the upright pole to ensure the stability of the rack.
Connection between cantilever beam and wall structure
Iron parts should be buried in advance or holes should be left to ensure reliable connection. Do not drill holes at will to damage the wall.
Inclined rod (rope)
The inclined rod (rope) should be equipped with a tightening device so that the rod can bear the load after tightening.
Steel bracket
The welding of steel bracket should ensure the weld height and the quality should meet the requirements.
